    Required:
    - M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school- Active Unrestricted Kentucky Medical License - Board Certified or Board Eligible in a primary care specialty- Current training in basic life support (CPR)- Able to provide health care in a sensitive manner to persons of all economic levels and cultural backgrounds.- Able to examine, diagnose, and treat clients of all ages independently.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
