Assisting with new temporary orientations; includes leading a training session, completing paperwork, entering in to tracking system, entering in to timekeeping system. Assisting with payroll for temporary agencies includes weekly printing timesheets, obtaining signatures, submit to agencies, process agency bills, track attendance for temps. Assisting with processing applications for temp to full time associates. Assisting with documentation in HR including meeting minutes, filing, updating org chart Assisting with events such as monthly luncheons Assisting with travel arrangements. Support Japanese members with housing etc. Translate in meetings with Japanese mgmt. including coaching and counseling. Translate documents such as Performance Appraisals, Business Plans.
