Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. is seeking passionate customer-focused representatives to play a key role in the positive experience of our customers through providing quality support.
Pearl Interactive Network customer service representatives are a part of a supportive service oriented team that engages in real time resolution of customer issues. We are looking for team members who truly enjoy helping others, are dependable and courteous. Previous customer service experience is a must, and candidates should enjoy the challenge of multitasking and problem resolution. We seek candidates that take pride in delivering a sensational service experience.
This is an inbound call center environment. All incoming callers are seeking information. No sales. Candidates must have good computer skills, a winning attitude and great communication skills. Candidates are armed with extensive training and continuous, supportive coaching.

Primary Responsibilities:
Access technology such as a telephone, e-mail and web browser
Navigate scripted responses to provide general and claims information
Comply with policies such as, completing timesheets and adhering to privacy rules
Assist caller with completing online application and electronic submittal
Register phone logs of phone inquiries and refer calls for more intensive assistance when necessary
Perform duties as assigned and promote Quality Customer Experience
Provide support by actively listening to understand needs, requests and problems
Skills/Requirements:
Strong desire to serve others with a minimum 6 months customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience
Speak and read English clearly and fluently
Type 20 WPM and PC/Internet literate
Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and solve complex problems
Proven ability to work as a member of a team
Receptive to update training
Spanish fluency is desirable
May be required to work holidays and overtime may be required
High School Diploma or equivalent required


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
