We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a Director of Case Management to direct the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Essential functions include, but are not limited to: Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding Coordinates and directs internal/external audits Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care Requires critical thinking skills, detail oriented with decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be flexible with work location assignments Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree Nursing, required Licensure/Certifications: Valid current Kentucky RN state licensure Basic Life Support (BLS), required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
